The next page is to list all of the people that have signed up for the event, listed alphabetically by last name.  The people that did not pay are to be at the top of the page with NP next to their name.

The check boxes on the left are to check people off as the get on the bus.  the boxes there now are really crappy, but I just want to show you what is supposed to be there.  The purpose of this report is to be printed out and to see who has gotten on the bus.

For example, if 6 people signed up for the event, and 4 paid and the other 2 are just holding their spot, the report should read:
